What is Oprah Winfrey's Big Secret?

Update: Oprah revealed that she has a long lost half sister named Patricia who was given up for adoption in 1963. Last week, mega star Oprah Winfrey told her fans that she intended to reveal something pretty major on her show. When would she do it and what exactly is Oprah's big secret? On Monday, January 24, Oprah plans to speak out for the first time about what she describes as a family secret that "shook her to her core" when learning about it months ago.
We did see a quick trailer of someone stepping up on stage and heading towards her for a hug. Who could the mystery man or woman be? A long lost family member? She also chose to refer to the revelation as a "miracle" so it must be something juicy. Any guesses?
